Our wine tasting class our class will encompass:

How farmers, wine growing regions, soil, aging and fermentation affect the final characteristics of wine.
How to taste wine and identify the distinctive
qualities and flavors.
Test your new knowledge by tasting two red and white wines made using the same grape varietals, but showing different winemaking styles and flavors.
Discuss pairing wines with food.
